All boarding dogs should be up to date with vaccinations. Owners are requested to provide proof of a current vaccination card.
Similarly, proof of current kennel cough vaccination is required for all boarding dogs.
Any dog whose vaccinations including Kennel Cough are out of date cannot be accepted for boarding.
It is a Licensing requirement that all dogs or bitches boarding must be up to date with their flea and worming treatments.
Any dog or bitch found to be carrying fleas or worms must be treated immediately at the owner’s expense.
It is a condition of the Licensing Authority that any new dog be trialled overnight before it can be accepted for longer term boarding.
In the event of your pet requiring veterinary treatment during their stay, or in the event of a veterinary emergency the following charges will apply:

Time Allowed - depending on the length of time required for travelling to and from consultation and treatment by your vet or referral vet either:
During Working Hours - £10.00 per hour, Out of Hours - £20.00 per hour.
Owners are politely requested to be prompt delivering or collecting their dogs so as not to interfere with other clients’ arrivals or departures.
Late delivery or collection of any dog will incur an additional charge of £10.00 for every half hour or part thereof.

All other parking is allocated to residents only.
A deposit of 25% is payable to secure any booking – by Cash or Bank Transfer only.
Payable by the start date of any booking – by Cash or Bank Transfer only.
Cancellations of 30 days or more prior to commencement of booking 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations of 29-20 days prior to commencement of booking 50% of deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations of less than 20 days prior to commencement of booking – whole deposit will be retained.
ALL DAMAGE AND/OR BREAKAGES WILL BE CHARGED FOR.
Any dog or bitch which displays or has a history of aggression is deemed unsuitable for any domestic boarding situation and cannot be accepted for boarding.
Similarly, any dog or bitch which is noisy or destructive is also deemed unsuitable for any domestic boarding situation and cannot be accepted for boarding.
Any dog or bitch which is noisy or destructive if left or is not used to being left for up to 3 hours cannot be accepted for boarding as they may be a danger to themselves or others and may cause a nuisance to neighbours.
Adult males which have not been castrated cannot be accepted for boarding.
Adult Bitches which have not been spayed cannot be accepted for boarding.
Juvenile bitches which come into season during their stay will incur an extra cleaning charge of £10.00 per day.
Puppies invariably necessitate extra cleaning (e.g. issues with housetraining) which will incur an additional charge of £10.00 per day on such days as this may apply.
Dogs that persistently mark will incur an additional extra cleaning charge of £10.00 on such days as this may apply.
